Sandra F. Gilbert, Esq.

Ms. Gilbert conducts neutral workplace investigations and trainings as a NeuVest® consultant.

Ms. Gilbert has been admitted to practice law in Minnesota since 1985, in both the State and Federal Court. She is also admitted in Wisconsin, State and Federal Courts, the Eighth and Seventh Circuit Courts of Appeal, and the United States Supreme Court.

Ms. Gilbert began her legal career trying cases for American Family Insurance Company. She later joined and became a partner in the Minneapolis law firm, Courey, Albers & Gilbert, where she tried commercial cases including claims of RICO violations, fraud, breaches of contract and warranty, commercial defamation, and all areas of employment law and represented many corporate clients on an advisory basis. She later joined Gilmore, Aafedt, Forde, Anderson, and Gray, to start its employment department. Ms. Gilbert has taught continuing education classes for the Minnesota Bar Association as well as in-house employment trainings for corporate clients, non-profit organizations, and associations such as the Minnesota Society of CPA’s and the Minnesota Broadcaster’s Association.

Ms. Gilbert has also taught High School English and College Business Law, Management, International Management, English, Speech, and Composition. She has traveled to India to meet with attorneys and judges and lecture at law schools and bar associations on American Employment Law.

Ms. Gilbert graduated from St. Olaf College and the William Mitchell College of Law.
