euVest® Mediated Workplace Solutions uses interactive, tailored mediations to resolve the workplace conflicts, and, perhaps more importantly, provide a means for addressing future disputes. Mediated Workplace Solutions can be tailored to any configuration that best meets the needs of the particular conflict, including group, one-on-one and multiple-party sessions. The NeuVest® Mediator explores each person's underlying interests and perspectives to gain insight into the actual source of the conflict. Although the NeuVest® Mediator controls the facilitative process, ultimately, the participants generate solutions to their own disputes.

An important goal of Mediated Workplace Solutions is to have the participants arrive at the solution themselves through open lines of communication. The participants will feel better about the solution because neither the employer nor a third party "forced it upon them," and they are vastly more apt to abide by an agreed upon solution that they propose.
