euVest® consultants use their extensive litigation, corporate and human resource experience to conduct appropriate training sessions on a wide variety of topics for all levels of employees, including executives, supervisors, non-supervisory employees, human resource personnel, and individuals (one-on-one sensitivity training classes). The organization’s policies and procedures are incorporated into NeuVest®’s customized, interactive and participatory training sessions.

Personalized sensitivity—or one-on-one—training is appropriate in certain circumstances to correct or remedy inappropriate behavior or assist managers and supervisors in dealing with workplace issues. The "safe" one-on-one environment encourages the trainee to discuss issues with the NeuVest® consultant that he/she might never address in front of co-workers or superiors. Additionally, the NeuVest® consultant is able to educate the trainee in a personal and memorable manner. When workplace behavior, including sexual harassment, does not warrant termination but does warrant discipline, the employer and employee will benefit from offering one-on-one training.
