It is important to consistently hold people at all levels of an organization accountable for behavior that violates federal, state and local laws, workplace policies, codes of conduct, and a respectful workplace. When a workplace situation escalates to the point where allegations of wrongdoing are made, sometimes the nature of the allegations, the individuals and relationships involved, workplace politics and interpersonal dynamics, fears of retaliation, and/or a lack of time and resources necessitate retention of a neutral third-party to conduct an investigation, provide training or mediate workplace resolutions.

Employers who have the facts from a neutral fact-gatherer are in the best position to take appropriate corrective or remedial action to address workplace concerns. NeuVest® consultants, all of whom are attorneys with extensive litigation, corporate and human resource experience, conduct timely neutral workplace investigations that provide organizations the facts they need to respond to workplace concerns.

As neutral fact-gatherers, NeuVest® consultants do not have any vested interest in the outcome of the investigation or any relationship with the organization or persons involved in the investigation that would affect the neutrality of the investigation. As experienced attorneys, they are knowledgeable about the law and take steps to preserve the integrity of an investigation, ensure confidentiality consistent with the law, and prevent retaliation.

In addition to providing neutral workplace investigations, NeuVest® consultants use their expertise and knowledge of the law to train managers, supervisors and employees on a variety of employment-related matters. They conduct group (managers, supervisors, employees) as well as one-on-one sensitivity training. They also assist organizations in mediating workplace solutions before the concerns escalate to a state that a mutually acceptable resolution is not possible.
